Top Security Guard Training Company Releases Online Training for California Harassment and Abusive Conduct Prevention
Los Angeles, CA - February 25, 2019 - Security Training Center,® LLC. today announced the launch of an online course compliant with California state law SB 1343. The material covers sexual harassment, discrimination, and abusive conduct prevention. The course is 1-hour long and costs $23.99 per student. Corporate course, reporting, and compliance management tools are available at no cost.
A new employment law went into effect on January 1, 2019. All employers in the State of California with 5 or more employees must provide 1-hour of harassment and abusive conduct prevention training to all employees by year’s end. Additionally, the course must be repeated every two years.
