Shipping and Mailing
All forms will be made available for secure download or mailed by US Postal Service.
The primary method of delivery is secure download.
Refunds
Online Courses
Once the student has completed the purchased course no refunds may apply.
Once 60-days have passed from date of course purchase no refunds may apply.
Once a course has expired or been marked OVERDUE no refunds may apply.
Prior to completing the selected course, and within 60-days of course purchase, refunds are prorated based on the elements that have been accessed.
Facility Courses
For classroom courses (taught at a facility), no refunds may apply.
Replacement Certificates of Completion
We remind students continually throughout the courses that they are responsible for maintaining copies of their credentials and certificates of completion. We service thousands of students every year across multiple states. It takes time and effort to rummage through our archives to recover certificates of completion. Therefore, we are compelled to charge for the service of recovering old certificates of completion.

Although we make a sincere effort, we cannot guarantee that we will keep copies of all certificates indefinitely.
We will make every effort to recover old certificates of completion and send them to our students.
PRIVACY STATEMENT FOR STUDENT/CUSTOMER PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION
Protecting the privacy of our students is a matter of great importance to Security Training Center® (together with all successors and assigns, hereinafter "Security Training Center®", "we", "us", "our"). We want our students to understand what Personal Information (defined below) we collect on the Sites and how we use that Personal Information.
"Personal Information" is information about identifiable individuals directly connected with the student. The student and each such individual are collectively referred to herein as "you" or "your".
Your application for Security Training Center,® and/or your continued use of the Security Training Center® constitutes your consent to Security Training Center®'s collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information, as set out in this Privacy Statement. Please be advised that if you withdraw your consent to our collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Statement, we may not be able to provide you with the Security Training Center® training.
1. Why We Collect Your Information
We gather your Personal Information so we can: (i) evaluate the students application for the Security Training Center®; (ii) process the student's transactions; (iii) manage all billing processes; (iii) offer you other products and services; and (iv) support Security Training Center®'s legal compliance obligations and sending compled application and certificates to the students when completed.
2. Confidentiality and Security
Within Security Training Center® and our affiliates, we restrict access to your Personal Information to those who need to know that information to provide products and services to you. We have established physical, technical and administrative security processes that are commensurate with the sensitivity of the information collected to safeguard Personal Information recognizing that technology is continually developing, Security Training Center® implements new procedures and technology improvements on an ongoing basis to further safeguard your Personal Information.
Online System Requirements
Students must have access to an Internet-connected computer or mobile device with audio (sound). Students can use Microsoft Windows, Apple Macintosh, mobile phones, and tablets (iOS and Android). Audio (sound) is a critical requirement as the training is fully narrated. Over half of the information presented is in audio form.
Mobile device screen size must be at least 5.5-inches.
Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view and print certificates of completion and applications.
