Top Security Guard Training Company Announces First Compliance Document Training System for Private Security Industry
Los Angeles, CA – March 11, 2021 - Security Training Center® today announced the release of the STC Compliance Document System™ (STC CDS). Using the STC CDS, employers can assign mission-critical documents to guards as course assignments. These are documents such as post orders, policy documents, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). The employers can run compliance reports to track which staff have read the documents and which have not. There is a one-time fee of $100 per document to upload, store, and create the certification module. There is no charge for individual assignments.
There are multiple benefits to the STC CDS. First, there is a permanent record of which staff are, or are not, in reading compliance. This is a common practice in Fortune 500 companies that must maintain strict regulatory compliance records. Managers can easily identify non-compliant staff and encourage them to return to compliance. Second, the Security Training Center® Learning Management System (LMS) is secured by SSL and supports large-screen mobile devices. This means that staff have secure, remote access to their important documents from workstation computers or even their mobile phones. The entire library of assigned post orders, SOPs, and policy documents are kept secured, yet are just a few clicks away no matter where the guard may be.
